In fact, franchising is a way to organize business so that the owner – in this case Vassma (franchiser) – offers to an independent entrepreneur or company (franchisee) the rights sell the goods and services of Vassma in exchange of franchisee’s obligation to sell these goods and services.

Keeping its individuality, legal and economical independence, the store at the same time becomes a part of a strong big scale structure and receives many advantages from such cooperation. In the first place, by signing franchising agreement you obtain a buying capacity of the whole net which will help you to get products and compete with big national nets. Franchising agreement terms:

The exterior and interior of the retail premises should be brought in accordance with corporate standards (all standards are indicated in addendum to the main franchising agreements taking into account the specifics of each sales outlet). The trading equipment should as well fit the requirements of franchiser’s corporate standards. Merchandising practices must also correspond to the recommendations of company’s guidelines. Vassma’s products should be represented in full assortment.

Sales personnel must wear brand uniform and have an adequate professional level (provided by Vassma).

 

During the whole period of cooperation the company carries out a massive Vassma trade net promotion campaign. In regions we conduct local advertisement campaigns of the specific stores in particular and the whole net in general. The company also provides consulting services and information support including personnel trainings. 

By participating in the program, outlets will receive additional profits and opportunity for intensive growth; Vassma in turn will enjoy an increased commodity turnover and be able to forecast the volume of production. To bring this project into life, the franchising agreement must be signed between an outlet and Vassma indicating the main aspects of cooperation such as: the rights and obligations of the parties, the set of rights delegated by Vassma and common corporate standards.
